You can navigate on our site free of charge and also conduct a first-level search. At this level, you can launch a name search and obtain a list of references to certificates, individuals or families, or marriages; this will allow you to check whether our data base contains information on the ancestor(s) for whom you chose to launch a search, but you cannot navigate to take your search further. A subscription will enable you to obtain the complete information of the certificates, families, etc. which interest you. Please see the example we have prepared to allow you to appreciate the quality and richness of the information a subscription allows you to obtain.

Fees for a subscription are based on the number of hits made by the user on the data base. A hit is charged each time a page is displayed in the level for which a subscription is needed, except the list of references obtained from a query, which is not charged. A subscription thus corresponds to the right to view a certain quantity of one or the other of the following elements: a certificate from the Repertory of vital events, an individual or family file from the Genealogical dictionary or a couples' file with their married children from the Repertory of couples.

After your payment is validated, you will receive a notice (usually by e-mail) telling you that you can activate your subscription whenever you want. All you have to do is go to the site and enter your username and password when the identification window is displayed. The subscription ends when you have used up all your hits. THERE IS THUS NO TIME LIMIT TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. You can use your hits at your convenience, even over several years if this suits your needs.
